RENTAL OPTIONS

Embark on a culinary journey where beloved classics meet bold, global flavors. For a truly personalized experience, let our Executive Chef craft a custom menu tailored to your preferences—all made with the freshest, premium ingredients.

Peppercorn at the Bank is available for private events, including rehearsal dinners, corporate dinners, celebrations, showers, holiday parties, and other special occasions.

The private venue rental fee is $1,500 and includes up to six consecutive hours of private access to the entire space. During this time, the venue is reserved exclusively for you and your guests.

Additional Hours
If you need additional time beyond the six-hour rental period, additional venue access may be added for $250 per hour, subject to availability and arranged in advance.

Food & Beverage
All food and beverages for events at Peppercorn at the Bank must be purchased through Peppercorn Food Company. Our team can work with you to create a menu based on your event style, guest count, and budget.

Bar Options
We offer several flexible options for bar service:

• Hosted Bar – The host covers all beverages for guests.

• Cash Bar – Guests purchase their own beverages.

• Hosted Bar with a Limit – The host selects a predetermined spending amount. Once that amount has been reached, the bar transitions to a cash bar.

We can also help you determine the bar setup that makes the most sense based on your guest count and type of event.

Your Rental Time
The six-hour rental period includes any time you or your vendors need access to the venue for decorating or personal setup, as well as your event time. Peppercorn's catering setup and breakdown are handled separately and do not reduce your six-hour rental period.
